Doughnut Fridays Has Grown
What started out as a simple get together around a box of doughnuts has grown. It has grown into a partnership with The Salvation Army of Charlotte. DMR has teamed up with the Salvation Army to deliver doughnuts, one Friday a month to one of their communities. We have had the privilege to bring doughnuts to The Center of Hope, a refuge for homeless women and children, Booth Gardens, an independent senior living facility and The Boys and Girls Club. We wanted to share our experiences and the pleasure we have had serving doughnuts…..

Good Eggs
Kristen LOVES dogs and do you know how we know that? She has 4 rescued dogs running her house and the latest addition is a greyhound named Izzy. Izzy has just completed her Pet Therapy certification and goes along with Kristen on monthly visits to area nursing homes and retirement communities. As a Pet Therapy dog, Izzy encourages the residents to interact with her by standing patiently and letting them pat her all over and of course giving them big sloppy dog kisses.
Going Green
It’s not easy being green. At DMR we practice what we preach. We realized if we were going to talk green we needed to be green.

Thanksgivng Lunch
Each year we have a HUGE Thanksgiving lunch. Everyone brings a covered dish or uncovered dish and we gather together and eat way too much!

Daleville Town Center completes the first Earthcraft Gold Standard home. The EarthCraft House Program is a voluntary green building program that serves as a blueprint for healthy, comfortable homes that reduce utility bills and protect the environment. DMR wrote the architectural guidelines and standards for the community, along with the Msster Plan and design concepts.
Terry Dalton, DMR Executive Partner, honored by Business Leader Media as a 2009 "Mover and Shaker". The magazine’s annual award celebrates notable business people who are up-and-coming and have demonstrated successful leadership of their organization.
Kristen LeCrone, DMR’s Director of Marketing, honored by Business Leader Magazine as a 2009 Women Extraordinaire recipient.
