DMR Architecture was challenged to reposition a 20 year old business park to appeal to an expanded demographic. The strategy included developing a new name, logo, and brand image for the community, and supporting it with consistent graphics, signage, and marketing materials.

In conjunction with a renovation and addition project, DMR has designed a comprehensive signage program for the Westfield shopping center in Brandon, Florida. The program includes both interior and exterior wayfinding and identification signs, and the design reflects the new architectural aesthetic of the mall.

As a result of the renovation and addition projects underway at Westfield Brandon, the mall required an updated criteria manual for prospective tenants. The DMR graphics team developed a document that uses a combination of text and images to explain and illustrate Westfield’s tenant design standards.

In order to develop a distinctive brand identity for this southwestern restaurant, DMR identified the emotional and rational aspects and the key markets driver that would make it unique. We used these finding to develop an appropriate name and logo.
