DMR Architecture was engaged by The Westfield Group to assist in design and construction administration of a new 12 screen theater complex as an addition to their Countryside Mall property in Clearwater, Florida.

DMR was brought in by Westfield because of our successful track record of project management on behalf of clients, including Westfield, as well as because of DMR’s experience managing fast track construction projects.

We were able to take this project from design to permitting in a 4 month period.
